EXChange AI macht Erwachsenenbildung fit für die digitale Zukunft. Im Fokus steht die sinnvolle Integration von Künstlicher Intelligenz in die Lehrpraxis – mit innovativen Methoden, neuen Lernformaten und zeitgemäßen digitalen Kompetenzen.
Praxisnahe Formate der europäischen Zusammenarbeit:
- Entwicklung von KI-basierten Trainingsmodulen und Lernmaterialien.
- Hands-on Workshops und Online-Selbstlerntools für die Erwachsenenbildung.
- Kontinuierlicher Austausch zwischen den Partnerorganisationen über Meetings, Online-Plattformen und gemeinsame Ressourcen.
EXChange AI stärkt digitale Kompetenzen in der Bildung, verbessert und erweitert verschiedene Lehr/Lern-Methoden und ermöglicht den praktischen Einsatz von KI in vielfältigen Bereichen der europäischen Erwachsenenbildung. Durch den europäischen Austausch entstehen internationale Netzwerke und skalierbare Lösungen für Bildungseinrichtungen, um auf digitale Herausforderungen vorbereitet zu sein.

Objectives
The EXChange AI project aims to build the capacity of adult educators by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their teaching practices. The project seeks to develop innovative training methods, improve digital competencies, and adapt curricula to meet the demands of an AI-driven world. It directly supports Erasmus+ priorities of fostering digital readiness and modernizing education through the integration of AI.
Activities
The project will involve several key activities: developing AI-based training modules and resources for educators, creating online self-learning tools, and organizing hands-on learning expeditions in Italy, Germany, and Bulgaria. These expeditions will focus on digital skills, creativity, and entrepreneurship. The project will ensure continuous collaboration through regular meetings, online platforms, and shared resources between partner organizations.
Impact
Expected outcomes include the development of comprehensive AI-based training materials, improved digital skills among educators, and enhanced teaching methods. The project will foster cross-cultural partnerships, improve the quality of adult education, and provide scalable solutions for integrating AI into teaching.
